The Alex in the heart of Zermatt is a mountain hut on the outside and a stylish boutique hotel on the inside. It features a superb spa, sports and fitness area and offers free Wi-Fi. Behind the classic chalet building there is an attractive interior of traditional furniture, brocade curtains, velvet pillows, exquisite carving and precious paintings of the Matterhorn.
